1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- Booking confirmation will be provided via phone, WhatsApp.
- Customers must provide accurate travel details.
2. Payment Terms
- Advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.
- Balance payment must be completed before or after the journey as agreed.
- Additional charges must be paid immediately after the trip.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation.
- No refund will be provided after the journey has commenced.
4. Waiting Charges
- Complimentary waiting time may be provided.
- Additional waiting charges may apply for delays.
5. Additional Charges
- Toll fees
- Parking charges
- State permit charges
- Driver allowance for outstation trips
- Night allowance charges
- Additional kilometer charges
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must behave responsibly during travel.
- Smoking, illegal substances, and unlawful activities are prohibited.
- Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.
7. Driver & Vehicle
- We provide clean and well-maintained vehicles.
- Equivalent vehicles may be provided based on availability.
- Drivers may refuse service for unsafe behavior.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, or natural disasters.
9. Luggage & Personal Belongings
- Customers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings.
- We are not liable for lost or damaged items.
10. Tour Packages
- Tour schedules may change due to weather or local conditions.
- Entry tickets, accommodation, meals, and personal expenses are excluded unless specified.
11. Liability
- Sri Sai Saran Cabs Tours & Travels shall not be liable for indirect losses or missed appointments.
12. Privacy Policy
- Customer information will only be used for providing travel services.
